unreasonable time small elevators
The hotel was in a great location near the stadium. This made it easy to get around.
The elevators were a major issue. it took an unreasonable amount of time to get an elevator. This was due to the hotel size and the small number of elevators available. i had to call room service twice one night, and both times it took over an hour to receive service because they only had one person working.

Breakfast had good choices. The rooftop terrace provided a FABULOUS space, and the beds offered sooooo much comfort with shade available if needed. The gym was large. It looked well maintained.
There was a leak in the lobby entrance. It was unsightly. The refrigerator in the room did not refrigerate well. The wifi proved unreliable at times.

i appreciated the helpful and warm staff. the hotel was impeccably clean. the modern design added a luxurious feel. the high-quality bedding ensured i had restful nights. it.
the lifts seemed a little slow at times, especially during peak hours.
